Join Dolores Salman, Director of EHS Governance and Assurance at Netflix, and Bill Gorlin, PE, SE, for a 90 minute session on how engineering and safety teams assess risk across live production environments — from live streaming events and Broadway-style theatrical productions to concerts and theme park attractions.

Drawing on firsthand experience overseeing risk across some of entertainment’s highest-profile live productions, Bill will walk through a practical framework for engineering and safety assessment, covering structural review, rigging, temporary power, and crowd and audience safety, along with processes that keeps productions running safely.

The session includes real-world case studies of difficult situations handled in the field, followed by interactive breakout session, open discussion and audience Q&A. Lunch to follow.
