With almost a decade of experience with Shirley Parsons, a consulting, advisory, and recruitment firm specializing in EHS & Sustainability, Tim is currently the Director and Co-founder for North America. Degreed in Psychology, his journey begun at Shirley Parsons UK, focused on the European markets, before supporting the expansion of the group internationally, now with multiple offices throughout the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC regions.
Committed to the advancement of the profession and the professional, over the years Tim has attended, sponsored, and presented at multiple industry events on a local, national, and international basis, including ASSP, NAEM, AIHA and IOSH (UK). Since moving to Los Angeles in 2017, he has served as Chapter Vice President, President Elect, and President for the 2020/21 year, marking the LA Chapter’s inaugural Platinum year. As a volunteer, Tim is passionate about building community, delivering membership value, and amplifying underrepresented groups within our profession.
